Willow Water + Seed Starter Soil = Great Early Rooting Formula? (my results inside)

I have been using plants around my house to treat different things with my plants. I have a lemon tree, so I use that to lower the PH in my water (it starts off close to 9 and I lower it to around 6.5-6.8).

As some of you might know you can extract rooting hormones from willow branches by cutting them up and placings them into water in the fridge over night. It works for cloning so I thought it might help out with getting the roots on my seedlings to grow a little faster.

Here is what I did:

1) I took a handful of the newest greenest growths from the willow tree's growing on my property.

2) Cut them up into 1 inch or less pieces and placed them into a mason jar and filled the jar up with cold tap water (I did the same thing but instead of cold water I used boiling water, just so I could see what worked better).

3) Let it sit in the fridge over night, then strained out all the plant material.

4) I started 6 new plants in tiny pots I got in a herb growing kit I picked up at home depot.

5) I used Miracle Grow Seed Starting Soil.

6) I watered 3 with the willow water, and 3 with regular ph'd water.

It's been 2 days since I planted the seeds, the seeds that had willow water now have roots coming out of the bottom of the container, where as the seeds with regular water have only started to crack open.

This is the fastest I've ever had roots get that big. Take it for what you will, but this is something I am going to be doing with all my seeds from now on, unless I notice something bad happening to them a little further down the line.

I decided to use the willow water that I made with boiling water on my plant that had a transplanting accident. It's root ball got ripped in half, so it's really stunted it's growth. Lets see if the willow water helps with it recovering
