Hi my friends cousin wants to grow but he cant only have lights on so many hours the following days.

His question was how it will hold up with lowrider / dwarf plants as far as yield, hermafiditing, and general growth.
He was also wondering if it would work for normal plants, or would that schedule jump them into early flowering?
