Will this harm my plant whilst growroom is completed

So ive painted my grow room 3 times in vynil silk 3 times fitted the light and placed an osilating fan in there, just got to fit the fan filter and ducting, untill then ive got my plant in there. Have i got my bulb to close or too far away anyone?

what are the temps at the top of the plant.
hey are you in the uk, i know someone looking for a socket to fit those funky lights you got there. could you tell me were you got the lamp socket

Hi bonz, yep im in uk and they are the standard light fitting we have over there, i got them from my local diy store, also someone told me put your hand in between the light and the top of plant and as long as it dont burn ur hand its ok, is that correct

ya but knowing the temp is better. try to stay under 80 deg.
can you tall me the name of the store. he cant find them anywere and lives there also

i got mine from wicks or im sure b&q sell them also
