Will these seedlings be ok

First time growing seeds and took me a few days to get lighting right so they have stretched... Do you think they will produce bad mature plants or will I be OK if I Bury them deep when I transplant? Thanks

Just bury the stems when you transplant.
In the mean time you might want to stake them to keep them from falling over.........also lower your light.
