Probably wayyyy to high.

Why didn't you just ask this question in your other thread? No reason to make a new thread even if you didn't like an LED users answer. People don't check this site like its Facebook, so you might not get an answer 5 minutes after you post.
Please post the brand of the LED light you got, and also you should read the instructions from the manufacturer

No it won't stretch them generally on full blast.....if they do, bring the panel closer.....if the leaves bleach/curl/twist raise the panel.

With limited info, it's just a basic guideline grower.

I'm not sure of the brand as I'm not in my grow ATM, but the manufacturer said to hang the light 100cm-120cm during veg and even I know that's way to high

what type of panel is it? that makes a big difference, lower wattage / cheaper panels make less intensity so you can put them a lot closer but others are very strong and can bleach your plant if too close.

probably want to have that around 10-12 inches from top of plant ,put your hand top of plant, if its too hot for your hand move it up more.
