will I DIE???

OH SHIT!!!!!
I have 2 plants that have been doing quite well growing in a storage shed /green-room environment under flourecent lights. last evening i had to raise the light again and decided to put some plant food in the soil before I watered them. I used the wrong plant food(the very concentrated one)by accident. tonight I just went to check on my plants and all the leaves are just hanging and the plants look about dead...Can anybody give me some accurate information on any way to save these plants?

flush them with lots of clean water.

they're probably fucked if they look absolutely shite, but you could try a major flush ... hopefully it works!
