will halogen puck lights work?

I had a windfall of under counter puck lights. No real use for them at the moment but I was wondering if they would be of any value for a cabinet grow or is halogen a wrong spectrum? Can't find any info so I am assuming the wrong spectrum. Any thoughts?

they are a fine spectrum, but very hot for their output. (hps bulb = 200c. halogen bulb 1000c, or something like that lol)

if you can cool it, then it should be allright.

lol though most would say, dont bother.

Yeah dont bother go with hps for good results for your first grow
