dont put it on 12/12 man. put it on 24/0 for a couple weeks for it to keep vegging and regain strength from the bending. 12/12 only when you are ready to start growin your nugs

there are 8 bent over and super cropped that were almost 3 feet tall before i bent them over and 1 short indica thats super cropped almost 2 ft which is the strain that i want to keep alive the most. they are under about 390 watts of cfl and tubes. the pic is pretty much the setup i was using before i bent them. i still have tubes on top and side but the cfls are placed carefully around the plants and i think they are getting alot more light bent over. i also did crude foil over openings where alot of light is coming out

I always tie down branches (Training) and I grow my plants big as possible so I get huge yields. Some branches should be bent gradually by pulling them down a bit more every couple of days so that you dont stress the plant too much or brake/split the branches. It will increase the yield and the plant can become quite big if you have the room to spread them out. Then once they start filling out with buds we have to tie them up due to the amount of weight on the branches :weed:

Heres a couple of examples of how wide and big a single plant can become when trained. We also FIM them aswell when they are very young.

This is one plant but a few branches of other plants can be seen in the pic aswell
