why was my thread closed?

i started a thread to correct some misinformation that was being spread on the site by someone who does not understand the OMMP laws, and it got closed for no reason.

i understand that sometimes mods can overstep their boundaries, and in this case i feel that's what happened. asking for that thread to be reopened.

You are right the OMMP OARs provide for reimbursement. When I said "sell" I meant obvious dealing/selling to ppl outside of the program. I just wanted to make that clear.

i think a certain mod was simply abusing his powers.

i do not want to see the mod punished for abusing his powers, that kind of thing happens. i just want the thread to be reopened as it corrects misinformation being spread by a certain mod. this is a site for sharing information, and it suffers when misinformation and lies are being spread and moderators are abusing their powers for personal reasons.

reimbursement for cost of supplies and utilities used in production is legal. ORS 475.304 section 7. read the law. i posted it in that thread you closed. you are spreading lies.

you do realize that there is a fine line in smoking and possessing marijuana as well, right? there is still a federal law that states that no one may posses or use marijuana.

Mygirls should just shut down the entire Oregon section. Because due to federal law this talk is illegal.

BTW, it's obvious that Oregon law states that a grower may be reimbursed for certain costly items. It's just plain and simple written into the law. Many Co-Ops "Dispensaries" don't do hand to hand money exchanges because no one in their right mind thinks that an oz costs $300-$400, so in that situation it may be a little more grey.

Even though there was no mention of selling, or trading meds, but simply, and I quote " A Family Friendly atmosphere" Which tells me it is more than Meds but a place to gather and sell all kinds of wares from Corn, or Strawberries.
