hey guys i read everyhwere that you should top before you fim, but why not just keep fimming? seems more logical to me.
why should i top before i FIM?

if you top first, at say between the 4th & 6th node, you give your plant a chance to develope its 4/5 main branches.
about a week or 2 after the topping, FIM the tops on your main branches to encourage those to stall for a few days while the secondaries shoot up to join the canopy line... thats how i do it when i veg plants for more than a month.....
