Why my plants dried

hi everyone, first of all my system is about
1x 600watts hps
1x 200watts led
1 humidity engine
my seeds are white widow auto max
and the degree of growing room is 25-26 degrees

I am not overwatering them or less

why they look dried? I have grown before but I got this problem for the first

30 days after seed they look like this

Which soil are you using? Soil looks very dense and muddy, but could be the picture makes it look that way.
