Why Michael Brown beating the fuck out of the cop is relevant.

It's undisputed that MB and the cop. engaged, disengaged and then reengaged.

The cop was on the short end of this first engagement.

Then the young man taunted the cop.

Here the stories diverge.

Is it really so hard to believe a cop that has been accustomed to being the authority was so enraged and humiliated that he lashed out with his weapon of last resort?

Besides, being stuck so hard in the head probably had his thinking clouded

With pain that thrives inside my neck
And lately I say what the heck
Gotta pry myself up off the deck
Cause there ain't no cure for suicide

4 witnesses say they did not reengage, so far zero have said they did.

so unless something changes, i'm just gonna guess the cop made a bad split second decision, possibly driven by rage and or injury.

i know this won't go over well, but what kind of witnesses? his buddies, and bitter (even though maybe justified) black folks, aren't going to carry much weight, in the eyes of the predominately white jury...

your post was/is my point, the one above. when it comes to witnesses, credibility comes into play. if there's a bunch of felons saying one thing, and a cop saying something different, well, case closed...

actually, i know almost nothing about the incident. but i know history, it repeats itself. reginald denny... i'm a troll??? not bloody likely! i don't spend a lot of time in any one thread. i could easily turn that around on you, don't you think? but trolls are easily identifiable. just look at their last 20 posts or so. it'll show...

But you don't realize you are among greatness. It's not just the last 20 posts, it greatly extends to that +60k post count.

Rumor is his family and friends have all purchased one, as they know our friend can keep them gassed up for life.

I almost wish they don't even prosecute the cop so all hell can break lose and St. Louis descends in to the worse riot and civil outrage this country has ever seen. Perhaps we will get lucky and it goes nation wide.

I only want to see this so we can shut Alex Jones up about his fema camps and all that.

There is this repo guy who films his repos and posts it on youtube. I watched one where all he did was walk into the driveway, get in the vehicle, start it, and drive off(the bank had a key and gave it to him). He recorded everything. Its a good thing he did because the cops wanted to talk to him later. They wanted to question him about smashing into the other car the people had, and about hitting one of the other guys in the street with his tow truck.

Point of this is that there are always multiple sides to every story. All he did was repossess a car that they werent paying for. They were obviously trying to get this guy in prison, because they cant make a car payment.

It is possible these "witnesses" have deeper motives in mind. The only witness who should be permissible in court is a video camera. People lie day in and day out to suit their own purposes.

Were these witnesses his buddies? Or were they just random people?

True, there are always 3 sides to every story, his side, her side and the truth.

why don't the cops ever beat the shit out of me?

i could use a nice settlement. i need a good tiller and some greenhouse funds.
Hah, thats what you would think... 1.5 year ago i was hit an choked by a cop with 6 or so other cops standing watching cause i wouldnt unlock my door to let them inside. The enitre time a neighbor is outside watching and we are in street in front of a storage place with camera facing us. Long story short, they went inside while i was hand cuffed and found 12 veg plants and a medical card and they left while claiming the cop with warrant had left already... i knocked on door later that day and guy told me to screw an get off his property or he would do worst than the cop. Apparently, if your in handcuffs for any reason your a POS citizen an have no rights. I thought about trying to subpoena his camera footage but wasnt 100% it was perfect on me and the cop who handled my formal complaint(with attorney) said the witness didnt see anything.
