My plants top leaves have yellow in them and not sure why. Im using Fox Farm: Ocean Forest soil that is said to have a the nutrients needed. Is this true? What is this yellow? Should I cry?
Why is there some yellow in top leaves?

That's what I was thinking but Fox Farms says that the Ocean Forest soil should never have to be feed.. .. ?

Could be, i forget a lot with the american soils, shouldnt be hard to find out what others do with theirs after a certain stage

You're not out of nutes yet or your bottom leaves would be yellowing first not the top ones. When the newer growth is affected first that means you are lacking in one or more micro nutrients or you have light burning. High pH will lock out micros and that resembles a boron deficiency but better to check pH before doing anything. 20 Mule Team Borax will fix a boron deficiency at 1 Tbsp/gal fed once.
You shouldn't have to feed during veg unless you are in a small pot but if you want decent buds it's going to need nutes and bloom enhancers when you flip to flowering. Should be fed well when you flip as pot eats a hell of a lot more as it goes thru stretch than it does at any other time of it's life.
That plant isn't big enough in that size pot to have eaten all the nutes in FFOF by a long shot. Leaves are very dark green indicating lots of nutes yet. Feeding more now will likely lead to burn.

I will feed for sure on flowering stage. Why do you think the yellow on the top leaves are from then if not from needing to be feed?

Like I said it looks like boron deficiency but could just be your pH is too high. I would knock the pH of your next watering down to 5 to help balance the pH in the root zone. Just water tho. No more nutes until this gets figured out.
What are you using for water and what is it's pH and PPM before you do anything to it?

I use just tap water from the kitchen sink. Come to think of it I do spray the leaves with water and those leaves collect the water and sit right at the light so your probably right on that. Or both accounts.

Could be just water on the leaves then. There is really no need to spray plants unless you are fighting bugs or trying to correct a nutrient deficiency quick. I'd only spray fresh cuttings when making clones and very little of that. I just spray inside the dome to keep the RH high when cloning.
Water on the leaves usually causes brown spots where it pools so keep a close eye on things after you stop spraying.
