what he said, get a t5 florescent or an led shop light and put it as close as you can. keep it close, too, the more space you put between the plant and the seedling, the more the seedling will stretch for the light, which will make them weak and tend to actually fall overPut it under a good light it will reach for it

I have a 20 watt LED full spectrum I was using rn while it’s small I’m using blue light how close does it need to be to the plant ?
About two inches
put the back of your wrist under the light...move it closer and closer until it starts to feel uncomfortably warm...move it back one inch, and that is how close your lights should be.
It’s starting turning brown with the light in it over night I think I had it to close already

seriously, it looks ok. don't feed it yet, let it dry out just a little, then give it very small amounts of water around the base of the seedling for a few days, then start expanding the amount of water slowly. you don't need to feed it till the cotyledon leaves start to dry up.
I should I leave the light at 100% intensity ? Or lower it some ?

a 20 watt led is like a night light....leave it on full, move it just far enough away that if you put the tender part of your wrist right over the plant, it feels a little warm but doesn't get uncomfortable...plants have about the same reaction to heat that your wrist would, if it feels pleasant and warm, you're good, if it gets uncomfortable, move it an inch further away...
