Why are my seedlings drooping??

What are they dropping?? Too much water??

Are they able to drain?

and if so then the medium look like it's too wet

Too much water for sure. Assuming that is an 8 oz cup, full saturation should be fine every 4-5 days or so. Don’t top it up in between just because it isn’t quite as heavy as full saturation; wait until the cup only slightly heavier than a cup of dry medium. They can and will definitely perk up if you give them some room to breath tho.

Kinda hard to tell why but water would be the first thought. Assuming temps and lighting aren't too high. Good luck!
