Why are my buds so tiny?

Currently going into day 60 of an autoflower strain. Seems to me like these should be a lot fatter I don't know whats going on. Also looks to be turning orange already.

Using fox farm nutes also open sesame right now, 18hrs on lights.

Please help

I'm betting it's the lights. You using CFLs? BTW, they still have a ways to go and they should fatten up a lot more.
