my little brother made an account and got banned for being under age,so i try to get online an it says im banned as well wtf?

does the ban stick to the compter or sumthing or theip address

Jesus kid,stop all the damm whining & crying about this,pm a mod & ask them,posting multiple threads bo hoo-ing about how unfair everything is isnt going to change anything.
