You are ready to flower any time. The sooner you go to 12/12 the shorter your plant will be. At this point you can figure on her almost doubling in size. Decide if you want access to your flowering room during the day or at night. If security is super important I advise lighting your flower room during the day. Nothing is more suspicious than a 1000W bulb leaking out at 3 AM. You can't hurt your gals by just setting the light to 12/12 and leave it alone. Don't worry about so many hours dark before starting 12/12. Just change it and leave it. Warning - if you have a timer like mine it is tempting to run the timer through a few cycles to make sure it is working. More bulbs fail while being clicked on and off than any other time. Try to avoid that. Good luck, BigSteve.

P.S. I decide when to flower based on size in the veg room. I want my indicas to finish around 48 inches so that means when they reach half that size, 20-24 inches, at 20/4 it is time to flower them. Keeping a perpetual grow going is challenging for even experienced growers. I have discovered that timing the movement of pots from the nursery (dome closet) to the veg room then the flower room is the most challenging. BigSteve.
