Im looking for seeds but i dont want to buy them from an online website. Anyone have any alternatives??

there's no need to worry about buying them from an online seed bank whatsoever imo.. i order probably like 2x a month or so for the past 3 years and have never had an issue..
i know the first time i ordered them i was poo'ing my pants as well, but they came and all was well with the world..
your only other real option is to buy a bag of seeded bud and grow the seeds that you find in the bag, or if you live in a med state go to a dispensairy and buy them there...
or you could take a trip to canada and buy them from a store there and smuggle them back into the us if that's where you're from... or the uk, or amsterdam.. i went to amsterdam and brought back some seeds i bought in a bank over there, but honestly, ordering them from an online bank is the cheapest and safest way to get quality cannabis seeds now adays..

I have a ton of bag seed but all the plants ive gotten to harvest have just terrible genetics. i want some stinky, skunky, dank, frosty nugs. theres no way im taking the chance of ordering them online.

there really is no chance in ordering them online.. the worst that will happen if you order from a reputable seed bank like the attitude and pay the extra cash for guarantee delivery is that you will get a fun letter from customs saying that they snagged your order when someone tried to mail you a form of contraband, and if you'd like to, you could come on down to their office in chicago and pick them up, which really isn't recommended, lol..
if you get the letter from customs, all you have to do is contact the tude and tell them the order was caught by customs and they will resend the order for you...
in probably 100 or so orders, i've had one snagged by customs.. it wasn't from the attitude, but rather sannies seed shop.. my order was taking over a month to arrive, so i emailed sannie and he said that indeed was too long, so he simply resent my order.. exactly a week later, i had my order in my mail box.. the very next day, i bring in the mail and notice another package from sannies.. i was excited, thought that i was going to get two orders, lol.. when i went to open it up, i had noticed that it had been stapled shut, and my stomach dropped.. when i opened it, my beans were gone, and there was just that letter i was telling you about.. the letter simply says that someone tried to mail me a form of contraband, went on to list what was considered contraband, fireworks, steroids, amyl nitrates, had to look that one up, and lastly it said drugs.. the drug box was checked, and hand written in it said seeds...
at the bottom of the letter after they told me where i could go to get my beans from, it said that no further action would be taken.. i do believe this to be true, as i got my next order with no problems sent to the same addy as the one that was caught by customs.. so if they were to have put my name on a watch list, i don't think i would have received my next order, or any of the othe 90 some after that, lol.
i tell those looking for seeds, throw out an address and something might pop in the mailbox........ya never know.

but what about the package gives them the right to open it up like that? seeds dont smell or weigh anything. there must have been something printed on the box that related to weed or something and thats a stupid little way of getting busted.

there's nothing on the outside of the box that say weed seeds inside or anything like that, lol...
the way they find them is any package coming into the us from another country through the usps, united states postal service is open to being regulated by customs... idk how customs decides what packages to pull and check or what, but i think it's just a random thing, say every day they have to pull idk, say 100 packages and open them and check for contraband.. if you think of all of the mail coming into the us each day, that is but an iota of what's coming through the usps each day, so your chances are very high of getting your package...
and like i said, even if they snag your order, which happens very rarely, nothing at all will happen to you... i shit you not.. i've nothing to gain by sitting here and lying to you m8, i just hate to see peoples nerves get the best of them and have them never order when it's perfectly safe...
like i said, the worst thing that will happen is that they take your seeds, that's it, end of story..
i don't know how else to put it to you, lol.. if you had ever seen my seed collection, you'd know that ordering them is probably the safest part of growing imo..

Collecting bag seed is a hobby of mine lol. Its a lot more rare these days to find bags of buds with any seeds in it. But it still does happen. Only keep the bag seeds that came from the best bomb weed, Collecting a seed here and a seed there. Its fun to get all sorts of variations, ask your friends if they have any seeds lying around, Come spring you'll end up with a bunch of varieties of plants that will produce all kinds of different buds. But ordering online can be simple. Ive had a lot of success ordering from nirvana-shop. Very reliable website with very reasonable prices, and all the strains I received from them were excellent. They have a lot of customer reviews for almost all of the strains to, so you will know exactly what everybody else that grew it thought of it. Hope that helps.

im going to end up ordering some one of these days. i just get frustrated when all the bag seeds ive collected from different crops over the past year or so all turn out to be some crappy hybrid with no strong characteristics. and in theory, you really only have to order a certain strain of seed once right? if you want to keep cloning it?

lol yea, Ive been browsing around other seedbanks before and Ive seen particular strains go for hundreds of dollars, were talking 800 plus, some over a thousand. And all of the really high priced one has a crazy story behind it and because they claim to be only one in existence. I think its always best when your spending any decent amount of money on seeds to be able to keep the strain growing, either by cloning like you said, or take some pollen and pollinate a female to get some seeds for the next season. Don't worry, you will fall in love with a strain soon enough, everybody does lol.
