Who thinks this ghetto rig wont work???

Ok so I am having some heat issues in my tent so i kinda came up with this idea to run a duct from my air conditioning register panel on the wall to my tent. The temps where at 91-95F. Now they range from 82-86F....you guys think that is ok or is that too ghetto?

I mean honestly isnt that kinda like putting a tiny cfm fan for a intake??
