Who is using the HLG 650R? How many watts are you running it at?

I have mine in a 4x5 grow room. Currently running at 340 watts and 4' high but they are just sprouting this week. What settings are you keeping yours at during each phase?

I'm not much help, but at least I replied. I don't have a PAR meter or Watt meter. 5 x 5 tent
I'm hanging about 28-31 inches during veg at 50% dimmed. Flowering soon, and will try to keep the light at 28 inches, with the dimmer turned up sequentially, from 2 weeks in.
Just monitor your seedlings and raise the lights if they look stressed.
