Who has experience with Iranian G13 ?

WE are growing an bunch of Iranian Short Season and looking to next years grow and doing our homework now on Iranian G13.

Whose grown it and what can you share please?

What sort of yield were you able to enjoy?

What was your overall impression of this strain ?

Well I just ordered a bunch of them as they are now back in stock. Here's looking forward to the 2012 season already

Ok then, since no one has provided me with any information regarding the Iranian G13 strain, I will use first hand knowledge and inform the community about this strain.

I have purchased five packs of 10 Iranian G13 seeds from the good Doc. I received 55 seeds, one free for each 10 pack purchased. Seeds were shipped very stealthy and I received them in 5 days from placing my phone order.

Here's the plan.

Germination starts November 1st, 50 seeds will be soaked and germinated. I will be growing 50 mothers. These 50 mothers will be in soil in 14" self watering plants.

The 50 mothers will be soaking up 3 of 1000 watts of the Hortilux Blue 1000 Watt MH Bulb. This bulb is what I have researched, to be the best vegging bulb.

These mothers will be grown till the end of April, where my goal is to take as close to 2000 clone cuttings as possible. The 50 mothers will then continue to vegg till the end of June where it is my goal to take another 2000 clone cuttings.

Original mothers will be place outside for the duration of their lives right on through till harvest at the end of August, along with their 4000 (hopefully) daughters.

I will take and post pictures of my set up, and on through the entire growth of the mothers, then on through the mothers and daughters live's outside, till everything is harvested.

Since I do LOVE a good Sat/Indica hybrid, I'm kinda thinking of JH x Iranian G-13, or Nevilles Haze x Iranian G13. Hmmmm. You say they're in stock now? I emailed them just a sec ago. I hope to get an answer from them soon.

Jack, the Iranian G13 is not an auto. The Iranian by itself which is referred to as an Iranian Auto Flower is an auto.

WHEW!!! I'm sorta dubious about the autos, although I must confess I don't really know much about them, other than I believe that they are a ruderalis hybrid like low ryder?

known of the iranain crosses dont have any ruderalis in them, the iranianshort season isnt actually a "auto" just a fast finisher really, a plant has to descend from ruderalis to be considered a auto. its just designed/breed to flower after its takin out of 24hr light and introduced to 18hrs of light. same with the g13 crosss and his other iranian crosses.

So this is one of those "holy grail" strains after all?
I've read about the "autos, and assumed (incorrectly it seems) that they were just a Ruderalis hybrid, and never gave them much consideration other than as a novelty.

I'm wondering how this Iranian G13 would do grown out as a Giant Cola/Lolli-popped plant? I grow on a table with lolli-popped plants, and have been thrilled with what I got from the strains I've grown so far, but I've never seen Colas like the one on the site from a regular bush type plant. I'd love to know what that sucker weighed dry. I'd think that if you lolli-popped this, the Colas would be truly insane.

i agree good sir, they are a cola heavy plant to begin with, if you look at pictures of the iranian g13 its basically a single nugget anyways hahaha, i would love to grow the iranian g13 but right now it says drgreenthumb is out of stock on that strain right now

I had intended to grow some Iranian Autos but you just changed my mind Digging. I'm going to do the Iranian G13's instead. Since these seeds are so expensive I'm going to see how topping them does and see if I can make it really bushy. Can you keep these in veg like other plants? I'm totally stoked about these. Hmmm... wonder how these would do crossed with a male from another strain? Any suggestions?

The Iranian G13's are in stock even though the price list says they are not. The main part of his website where he showcases his different strains does not say SOLD OUT, so get them while you still can.

Yes the Iranian G13 can be kept in a veg state indefinitely. The Iranian G13 is not light sensitive like his Iranian Short Season.

I don't know anything about breeding, so I can not comment on how the Iranian G13 would fare crossing it with another strain. My thoughts are that this plant is perfect just the way it is
