Okay for my next buy why should I buy OG Kush, White Widow or Super Skunk? I will be doing Screen Of Green, topping or fimming.. One plant at a time in a 3x3x6.5 grow tent with 400watt hps

I might go with the OG for screen of green because they are leggy and will most likely fill the tent up faster.

Nirvana's White Widow is a fucking gorgeous plant and would do well in a scrog.
