White Widow flowering time?! Says its 8-10 weeks.

How can I tell how long these WW will take? The flowering time is 8-10 weeks. This confuses me because I'm trying to plan on harvesting by a certain date(before vacation). As well how will I know when to flush if I don't have a better idea of a finishing date?

Good idea to add 2 weeks to whatever the package says. That will be closer to reality.

I have never had WW finish in under 9 weeks, I believe some even went damn near 11 or 12. You will have to watch our plant and trics to know when the appropriate time to flush is, if you want too.

Being a newbie how can I tell if they are 1 week away? Or is that impossible?

When you have grown the same strain in the same environment it becomes like clockwork, but until then you are going to have to pay close attention to your plant. I have had strains that I thought would be done in a couple of days take an extra 1-2 weeks.
