I obtained some Widow Widow Feminized Auto seeds from New420guyseeds. This is my first full grow in my custom built cabinet. The customer service was great and the shipping time was quick as the seeds came from the East Coast.
The cabinet is 24" wide, 18" deep and 48" tall. It's made of 1/4" pine board and was framed with 2x2s. The interior is painted flat white (light reflectivity) and semi gloss on the exterior (easy cleaning). There is insolation around the door frame and 3 latches ensure a tight seal. All of the seams were caulked to keep pests out. This cabinet does not have any light or odor leaks at all. There is a recessed power strip with AC and USB connections installed so only 1 cord comes out of the cabinet. This is a fully discrete set up.
The ventilation system consists of a 8"x8" dark room louver for a passive intake on the bottom left side of the cabinet. The louver is designed so that it blocks light but lets air through. There is 1 fan on the bottom simply stirring the air around, 1 on the plant canopy and a back up fan in between the canopy and light. For exhaust there is an AC Infinity Cloudline T4 fan pulling air through a carbon filter and exhausts it out of the top right of the cabinet.
I used a combination of 3 - 42w (actual wattage) 6500k and a 30w LED from seedling to veg. I installed a Viparspectra VT300 full spectrum grow light when transitioned to flower. I am pretty impressed by this light thus far as it has a built in timer and you can adjust the brightness of the veg and bloom spectrum to suit any lighting needs. Then fans are quiet and the heat signature is a lot less than the CFL and other LED that was previously installed. The remote control is easy to use and makes setting up everything easy. I attached pictures below for a visual.
Unfortunately, the seed that was planted didn't inherit the autoflower phenotype. They didn't flower automatically around the 3rd week. The lighting cycle was 18/6 until I flipped to 12/12. They're currently on week 5.5 and I flipped them to 12/12 about 4 days ago as instructed by the seed bank. The bracts are slowly starting to get bigger but there are no pistols yet. I currently have the bloom channel on 70% brightness and veg on 65% until the plant gets accustomed to the new light. After the flowering stretch is done I will be increasing the bloom spectrum and decreasing the veg to obtain a more red light. Only LST has been done to her. The day time temp is 79F, night is 71F and RH is 50%. She is growing in Fox Farm Happy Frog soil. 1/3 dosage of veg nutes were introduced at week 3 and 1/3 dosage of flower nutes were given when I flipped to 12/12. There are no signs of nute burn/deficiency at all. I check her daily for pests and growth changes. She is green and happy.
I have attached pics below for your reference.

Has anyone else used New420guyseeds? Have you had an auto not flower by itself?
