white vinegar safe to PH down?

Ive seen 2 threads elsewhere, one says yes its safe to use to lower your PH, other says no.


So which is it?

Ive never used it but I dont see why not. So I say a resounding "yes".

White for cleaning (antimicrobial, why destroy beneficial microbes if you're a soil grower?)
Apple cider for food and Ph. Use promptly after adjusting.
Or crystals to stabilize and maintain.

so apple cider is the ticket?
