white spots

i have white spots on my leaves so what do i do about it? it's my frist time growing, so can so one please help me.

Pics will help. Sounds like either powdery mildew or spider mites. If you look under the affected leaves and see tiny little black spots, then you have spider mites. You'll have to get some pesticed, organic or other.

mount ur light reflector further away. use distilled/reverse osmosis water from the store.. 89cents/gallon
