currently in veg. 5 leaves all have white spots. newer leaves and 7 leaves are all clean. looked under my 60-100x microscope, saw some black spots too but no bugs. no bugs of any kind. nothing moved, waited about a minute. humidity is about 70-75%. too high for mites. thrips?

Too many brownies
dude like two of my plants have a few leaves with the same exact looking spots. Someone identify them please.
i hate to break it to you but if you've got leaves like mine then you got a bug problem. i saw a few of them fuckers last night. my plants in a different room are starting to get spots now too.
for a solution. is neem oil the best? foliar spray. can anybody please give application techniques.
