White roots in main stem(first grow)

What are these white branches comming out of main stem? Are these roots? So I should cover it with soil or what is that? My plant just turned 2 weeks since germination

It’s a root. I wouldn’t worry about covering it but not gonna hurt to do so. Plants do weird shit. Now if it was a spaghetti monster arm then I would cover it up.

I found out that I have two of them one on each side but still very little. @ooof-da

Thank you for th precious information, I covered it gently with soil and sprayed it with water to make it a bit moist and let’s see how it’s gonna go!

This root sat like this for months. It was fine.
