mold grows when its dark, moist and the humidity is low i believe.. or humidity is high. i can never remember that part of it. anyways, Im not sure how you can get rid of it. never had a mold issue myself. maybe someone else will have an idea.

are you spraying the leaves of your plants? you should stop if you are!
