white mites root n flower probs

hi there ppl everything seemed ok till last night till i noticed some roots comeing out of the pot, also in the botom of the pot saucer there was very small white things crawling around yuck, i washed the saucer out and wen i checked her this morning they was back,its her second week into flowering cycle is it advisable to change the pot at this stage?im useing cfs to flower her but put her outside on nice sunny days, prob wer these mites got in , there not on the plant herself just in the saucer but they may spread , also as ive never grown a plant befor it would be nice if someone could tell me if the pic ive supplied is the begining of flowers

I'd say switch pots.

Also, if you're an organic grower, spray boiled wormwood tea around the bottom of the pot, but don't ever let it touch the roots.
Can't help you with commercial insecticides, kinda au naturale.

They also sell mite predators, if that helps.
