White Hairs?

This is a Jack Herer Auto in 3 gallon Fiber Pot, Happy Frog Soil, 11 weeks old.

I was just reading on here that Autos still show White Hairs when ready but then complain about potency.

I'm really thinking cut but...

I cut one a couple weeks ago and it was just fine.

Me personally I'd let that go. But I don't grow autos.

Autos shouldn't look any different than photos when they're ripe, in the sense of white vs brown hairs.

Actually my Son said hold off. I'm really thinking wait much longer.

Thinking will have a better buzz.

The one we cut was more mature but was the same age.

I dunno, I mean me personally, I like my weed a bit heady & pulled early, but not THAT early.

I say wait til like Feb 20th or so and check again

I'm thinking wait at least couple weeks.

I also just found and this can be hard to do but let the Buds dry then get some age they are much better.

definitely wait. I let mine go as long as it takes. I gave my daughter some and she called me a few days later and said she laid in bed saying "this is a drug" lol

Actually no big hurry got some Clones that are being ornery but think they are dealing with cooler temperature.

All the autos I've grown the hairs changed and died back just like photos the kripple berry blueberry pheno the hairs changed color twice!

Got these two, then got 3 more Beans. Going to do much different.

Now I am too chicken to grow, but i've been reading in RIU a lot.
So don't you have to wait until the trichs are a certain amber color,
and also i think i read something about how the trichs fold back into the bud or something.

you wont regret it, wait untill the bracts have swollen and look like there going to swallow up the pistols ,

What you might be thinking of is some autos don't show much amber in the trichs even pushing past 100+ days, the pistils (hairs) behave normallyt.

OK this one girl I did many things to like cut couple inches off the top, Super Cropped and did some Defoliation. It is looking pretty good but have another I didn't do anything to and it is looking about ready. The one I messed with looks like it might be Fox Tailing and I think this is the White Hairs. Plus the Buds look good but not tight. The other one is tight.

Are the from seed or clone?

Foxtails will continue to throw out pistils

This is what I'm thinking. Should go ahead and Chop and cut the Fox Tail off use it with trim for Edibles.
