Which unit would you choose?

I rent 1000sq ft of commercial space inside a mini mall. I moved from the unit without carpet because my landlord claimed he could smell weed 2 units away in his shop while I was in the red unit. It's a heavy claim considering there were only 6 plants in VEG. The original lease says I'm in that unit so if I really want to, I could move back in. I really don't know what to do. Supposedly both units are the same size. What do you guys think? And which one has more power? The power box with the yellow paint on it is to the red unit.

I guess it really depends on you goal and budget. Is that a soda machine?

Produce as many watts as possible. Have a productive sealed grow with c02. I'm already leaning towards staying in the one with carpet. Oh and no, I thought it was too, but it turns out it's a fridge.
