Which oscilating tower fan for 4x4ft?

Everyones told me to get an oscilating tower fan to hang from the roof of my upcoming 4x4ft tent.

Any suggestions? What will i need to hang it with & also are there any other fans ill need?

I got this one, but I would have got one a bit taller if price wasn't an issue.

I have a Honeywell also they seem to last me the longest for midrange price the cheap ones don’t last and I don’t buy expensive fans I’m not wealthy like that

You talking about the fans on a stand? A picture would be really helpful, especially since people said mount it from the ceiling, im confused :p
 
Okay I didn’t see the ceiling pet I’m not sure than probly yet get one of the smaller pipe mount fans and buy a few to cover the whole area
 
If you're handy at DIY at all I take the closet shelf rails, with the slots in them, and two of the arms.

I take the base off one of these https://www.amazon.ca/Sunbeam-Blizzard-Power-Fan-Black/dp/B00HQ9RJH0 and attach the arms with a spacer so they can slot into the rail. Then you have a sturdy reliable adjustable fan.

I also take the face of the fan off as it increases airflow significantly. I'm headed out right now. Will post pics later. it's a lot cheaper than tent fans and more adjustable.
 
If you wanted to do that, just make another cross member or two across the ceiling and mount the base of the fan to it and secure it upside down. Seems like more work than necessary. I use a couple of stationary fans up top pushing the air back down in a circular motion and I use my oscillating tower fan (Honeywell or Holmes) on the floor of the tent, near my passive intake blowing across the front of the tent in an effort to help pull a little fresh air in.
 
I used a lasko tower fan-42 inches, hung on it's side so that it blew across the canopy. Problem is, even on the low setting it was too much breeze and really contributed to some bud and leaf bleaching. I thought it was light burn, but it turned out to be wind burn. I took it down this round to see how I do with just 2 6" fans positioned to create a breeze that seems to cover the canopy decently-so far so good. You can look back a ways in my 4x4 journal to see how I had the tower fan set up. A less powerful one might work nicely.

Haha, it's a good idea! I got it from PJ Diaz. I haven't given up on it by any means, I still have my tower fan nearby ready to go back in, I'm just using the new grow to determine if I had my light too close or the wind too strong. I might regret taking it out once the summer heats up.
