Where’s the stretch?

These two girls had 8 weeks of veg and are as of today on day 11 of flower. Everything seems to be going along fine and they look nice and healthy but I got very little stretch when I flipped them to 12/12. I’ve been growing for a few years now and I’ve always had a noticeable stretch. I’m just not sure if this is a genetic thing or I’ve done something wrong. In the description from the breeder, they stated that these are a medium size plant but I just assumed they would be some stretch as well. One topping and LST, lollipopped the bottom 3rd and believe it or not, three heavy defoliations, last one about 10 days ago. Specifics are as follows:

Girl Scout Cookies by Blimburn Seeds
Promix all purpose in 5 gal pails
Nutrition by Gaia Green Organics
Photontek 465w Pro @75% (650-725 ppfd)

Your just coming into the real stretch phase, wks 2/3 are most vigorous, idk where two weeks comes from that 2 weeks ime is actually 3-4 weeks, my current grow went 10" in the 3rd week that's not in any way unusual.

Come back in 10/14 days and let us know how it went.

My one any only experience with Blimburn was terrible. The one plant I ran was nothing but larfy foxtails over the entire plant. Hope you end up with something much better.

Some plants don't stretch much. I Just grew out some Critical Kush by barneys and it stretched like 6 inches where most of my other strains double in height in 4 weeks of bloom. Something I noticed if I want max stretch is feed veg nutrients until week 3 of bloom or until budlets show.
