Where to vent......

Guys, first time grower here. I'm starting an 10' by 11' grow room in the basement, 8' by 11' dedicated for flower and 2' by 7' dedicated to veg. I'm trying to figure out how I'm going to vent the room. The plan is currently to run 2 - 1000 watt Magnum 8" XXXL hoods now and possibly expand to 4 of them in the future. I have to use a carbon filter to eliminate as much odor as possible. Because of the filter and amount of lights, I plan on using a Sunleaves Windtunnel 8" 650cfm inline fan with a Phresh Filter 8" x 39" rated up to 950cfm.

The questions I have are: is this fan/filter combo going to be adequate? My other questions is what are some options for venting the air outside? I was going to reduce the 8" line and run it right to the chimney and have it go out the house that way. I was told that I may get blowback as the furnace and hot water heater vent to the same chimney at roughly the same location. Is there anyway to vent out of the window I have in the glass block?

Any help and advice is appreciated.

Venting thru a window is relatively easy. Thats what I did on my first grow. Just get a piece of foam insulation, open the window, and cut the insulation to the size of the open part of the window. Then cut a hole in the insulation the size of your vent tubing. Insert tubing into hole and tape it to make it airtight, then put the whole thing in the window. Hiding it is up to you. Mine went out onto the patio and i had a couch in front of the open window. I was however not using a carbon filter and you could smell it quite strongly out back.
