i need some CHEAP but QUALITY lights to start my bubble buckets. i also need enough light for four plants.

Your best bet depending if you want vented or metal shield, lots of to search results will yield what is on sale.

I found a great deal on my 250w kit. I paid under $120. Picked up a much better pair of ratcheting hangers for $10 and I've been good to go.

10 bux more you get a revolt ballast with a 3 year warranty. Probably gonna pull the trigger on one of these sometime this week.

For sure. There are some good values to be found. Be sure to see how much you can get for your money with a Digital Greenhouse light system.

And when comparing to some other deal, don't just compare wattage and price. Pay attention to what reflective hood comes with a package or how you can upgrade to for a small amount. The reflective hood someone ends up with can be the difference in if a purchase was a wise one to make or a poor one, regardless of dollars spent or dollars saved.
