where to buy biax t5s in australia (also known as PL-L bulbs or Dulux L bulbs)

Okay. I'm in Australia and am having a lot of trouble trying to find biax t5 bulbs and fixtures in Australia. Bunnings don't have the 2G11 sockets that they plug into, and all the aquarium stores I can find only carry the bulbs and not the fixtures. Any suggestions? Western Australia if that helps. I was hoping to buy 4x24W for side lighting for my mother.

if you cant find those go to local chain hardware store and look at the bulbs there i just bought a 300w bulb for 5 bucks had to buy special base up to 600w s but that was 4 bucks and then a box for that 4 bucks and a wire with a plug big guage to be on safe side 12 bucks and plugged her in and i see a dramatic difference over the two 24w neon that i bought earlier
