where can i buy the 6000k something cfl?

hey i wanna know where i could buy the 6700k or something flouro lamp ? can i buy these at home depot or something like that?
i got the 23 watts 1600 lumens 2300k i think and i wants some tips if someone could help me up with this i think i will try to find the 42 watts fluo
and how much will i need for 2 -3 plants?

walmart, homedepot, they all have them but get the highest wattage possible usually the 42w which equals i think 150w incandesent, as for how many u need at least 3 per plant, also i heard that having a warm light in there is also good for growth, but only have 1 or 2 in the room i'm guessing, i know i read it on here somehwere about that.
