This is a thread that will get a lot of viewers but very little replies. It's hard enough to get people to discuss where to find clips locally let alone internationally. To answer your question I'm sure it's possible but highly unlikely. Your best bet is to find something local. If your in a medical state this should be easy. There is a new website up everyday to help people find dispensaries and such. Until you make a "friend" this is probably your option for clips although there are plenty of sites who ships beans to the states.

But seriously mate, seeds ship better, will handle the trip, and in most countries in seed form is not illegal, cuts are.
