When to transfer seedlings to pot????

Ok so i am starting my next grow and have seeded four nirvana pure power plant and five nirvana wonder woman. They have been good so far but a few of them have their main root already sprouting out from the starter pellet. i am scared that the light will cause the root to die... Basically i'm trying to see if i should already be transferring them into there pots.. thanks in advance RIU

thats effectively called stem now.. you need to put the lights closer and stop them from stretching.

look at the root coming out of the bottom of the starter pellet... When do i need to transplant to pots?

You could do it now, tho most people wait 7-10 days or more to get a good root system.
Feel free to correct if wrong.

No man, get the lights a little closer keep it humid, and let it turn into a ball more. Wait till there is many roots protruding and then soil it, or it will not have the roots to reach the water in the pot and you will get gross moisture build ups in there.
