Hey all, im on week 4 of my grow right now and was wondering when is the earliest you can take clones from your plants? I'm growing in soil. Also, is it safe to trim away big fan leaves that are in the way? And if so, when is the safest time to do so. Any and all input = +REPS

Some say to wait until theres atleast 4 internodes or more...some do it sooner some do it later. Soil is good.
Some fan leaves can be trimmed but I wouldn't cut too many, when u can kinda bend em outta the way our tie them down... I would say probably safe to just take off fan leaves that are close to dieing or already yellowing bad (if u have that problem) but don't go too crazy taking too much off a plant at once might shock it

don't trim your fan leafs they hold the nutrients and light energy the plant stores for budding.. so dont cut off its food source. and you can start taking clones when ever you have a branch long enough to stick in some cloning powder or gel.
