when to start fertilizing plants??

How old do my plants have to be before I can water them with Alaska Fish Fertilizer 5-1-1.....

Also should i use the full strength dose on the bottle?

never start with full strength. especially for young plants.

start when you think the plants are old enough, usually people wait about 2-3 weeks before giving them anything, and always only half strength to start. then slowly work your way up to full strength if the plants prove they can handle it.
