when to pot on seedlings

Hi Huys,
Im trying my luck with some "big bud" seeds ive popped out a few and they are around 4cm and in first stage rookwool, when is the best time to plant in soil and move under sodium lights??

Move them under lights straight after they pop out of the rockwool and transplant them into soil once you start to see roots coming out of the rockwool cube, Hope this information helps

you should be able to just make sure you read this picture on light distances to ensure you dont toast them babies.

I get them in dirt as soon as the root is an inch long. Try not to cover proto-leaves with much dirt. I put them so that the top of the seedling sits on the soil surface. BigSteve.
