when to harvest?

the plant was planted in 25/3/2017
it has nice smell , it is 1.20 meter , .
it is very hot around 35 c. whit 70%humed.
when it will be time to harvest?
how is the overhaul looks of the plant ,I know she looks like she is fallen down ,and have some sun Brens on the tip of leaf.
