Why is it so small??? I'd say it's probably week 4-5 flower so minimum 3 weeks maybe even 4. Get your self a pocket microscope.

Look at the trichomes, use the chart below as a basic guideline.

I already know she looks terrible, her growth was stunted and lack of nutrients and how do you know if it's bud rot the leaves are just dead in the middle
It's a little over 3 months
I removed some dead leaves but what does the rot look like?

Sure it does, 4-5 weeks stressed, trust me I know lol. Buds slow tremendously when the plant is stressed. But you make a good point 757, the plant does look like ass. Sorry Ray lol. It's hard to say how far along they are exactly and the colour 757 mentioned could be rot or it could be the bud aging to ripeness. Can't really explain what the rot looks like, its mold, it looks like mold lol Does the middle look like mold or smell like mold or is it fuzzy or powdery??
3 months outside, and the plant went into shock because I kept it in too small of a pot for too long and lack of proper nutrients. And do you see any rot in this picture?
