When to germinate/transplant

Hi everyone,
I have 20 seeds from Attitude that I'm going to be growing this year (my first grow). I have done countless hours of research, and I have a friend who is very savy in growing. What I need help with right now is when I should plant my seeds in cups, and when I should transplant them to my outdoor plot. I do not live on my own, so I am very concerned about the smell of my newly sprouted seeds.
Here is the farmer's almanac for somewhere around my area of Southern Ontario: http://www.almanac.com/weather/longrange/ON/Kanata

Based on that 2 month outlook, when do you suggest I start the seeds? Please keep in mind that as soon as they start to have a noticeable smell, they need to be transplanted outside.

If it helps, these are the seeds I have:
Vanilla Kush 10 fem = main grow
Burmese Kush 1 fem
S.A.G.E 1 fem
Critical+ 1 fem
Blue Widow 1 fem
Heavy Duty Fruity 2 reg (one of which is deformed: https://www.rollitup.org/marijuana-plant-problems/417771-possible-defective-seed-unplanted.html)
Darkstar 2 reg
G13 Hypnotic 1 fem

Thank you very much,
Zac

Hmm....tough question. Figure about a week, from the time you start the seeds, til the time you have a bunch of babies poking up above the soil, and inch or two, tall. Then, you have another week or two, til you want to get them outside. So, figure 3 weeks max, before they start stinking up the place, and 2 weeks, if you wanna play it safe.

Mostly, it depends on how well they do, under your setup. Some plants at 3 weeks, are tiny, whereas others may be 5x as big, depending on setup.

Ok that's great, thanks! :)

I was told that the temperature outside should never drop below 8 C (46.4 F) at night. Does that sound about right?

in my opinion give it 1 month from when you plant the seed to when it will go outside, at least. the strain your growing wont affect when you should start it. giving it 1 month from seed should get you a couple sets of true leaves.
