when to flower???????????????

hi i got 10superskunk growin in my new growcab i was gona veg them til they where a foot tall but now im reconsidering as there 12 days old now and real short and compact i think if i veg that long they would outgrow the cab any advice appreciated?????????????????

I am new myself bro, but i dont think those plants are ready to flower, i would wait till at least 10" 12" is better. How much room you got?? What are you using for light, thanks and good luck!

yeah you should veg them a few more inches at least if you want any amount of bud of them but they do look very nice and healthy, gonna be bushy bitches too wait a while longer it will be worth it in the end i guarantee

if they get to big for the cab make a bigger one you can tell in the beginning wether they be bushy or lanky plants those will do you right if you let em grow longer

It basically comes down to this... The faster you move from veg to flower the lower your yield is gonna be.
I moved my two from veg to flower after about 4.5 weeks. They were roughly 10.5" tall, full, and healthy. They are doing great in flower but looking back I should have veg'ed longer as I have the space.
You just have pick the right time to max your yield, there is no math equation based on time.
Think of it this way, if in the end you would have waited longer and maybe bumped up the yield you now have a great reference point for grow 2.

I would veg them as long as you can, they will double to triple in size when flowering so if you can have a plant three ft tall when done then veg it until its a foot. I want mine to grow two four to five feet tall so i veg them until there about 18-24 inches.

thank you all il take your advice my cab is six foot tall so i will veg em til there about a foot an a half cos the light and shade takes up about a foot and il have taller pots too

Hey davii, here are two of mine, first two pics taken one month from seed. Seeded 08/06/08 and next two taken 27/07 five days on flower (12/12) hybrid of w/widow and jockherer using 400w hps and the dutchmaster range with canna coco medium.i started on flower when bout 12-14 inches. happy growin fellow stoner.
