Not sure on when to move it to the final bucket.
It popped on 10/1.
Growing in mostly used coco, and some left over miracle grow soil, with some Osmocote+ sprinkled in. As well as watered with some various RAW products i have around.
Havent seen any bad effects yet. Just tryingvto get something in the coir/soil going( got pouch of the grow and flower microbes). Assumed they need the other Raw nutes to bring them to life. IDK how this one company nutes vs another works or mixing them.
Both say they wont burn the plants(Osmocote and RAW)
Also using Hempy bucket atm. Mix is mainly Coco with the dirt thrown in...honestly idk why. To help hold in nutes and any microbe life i guess.

Anyways. How does it look so far and when to move to bigger bucket?
Its just a random bagseed. Trying to get good at growing before dropping cash on known seeds. Would hate to make newb mistakes and kill a expensive seed.

Its in a tea container that i cut the neck off, to just leave the square bottom.
Its working on opening up its 5th node atm.

Thanks for any help

Are there holes for drainage in the bottom? I’d transplant any time. You could take a look at the roots. When the pot is dry squeeze to loosen the soil from the pot. Always transplant when it’s on the dry side. Put the stem between your middle and ring finger and tip it over. Tap the top of the pot on a counterTop. The Whole thing should gently fall into your palm. If it’s rooted out it will stay in one piece. If not you can tuck it back in. You might want to have the 2 gallon ready in advance. The easiest way to do that is to fill the new pot to the top and use your existing tea container to create a void at the right level in the new pot. Don’t compact too much. Also 2 gallon is on the small side for final potting.

I only have a 2x2x4 tent to work with. So keeping it kinda small is the plan.
The pot has a drain hole 2 inches ip from the bottom.(Hempy)

Transplant now and don't use any soil with your coco........they have different pH requirements.
Consider adding 30% perlite to your coco.
You can grow a tree in a 2 gallon pot with coco.
Just remember to not treat it like soil.

How much water is she drinking? If your having to water every other day because she's drinking so much, up pot her.

If not, id personally leave her for now. Smaller container means more wet/dry cycles meaning more oxygen in your root system which will equate to a healthier plant.

Like MickFoster said though, id pick coco or soil. You can mix them and use it as soil, but coco is more like hydro than soil, and should be treated as such. Plus soil and coco usually carry different watering/nutrient/pH needs... so its best to pick a path and stick with it.
