When should I start the light cycle?

Hi everyone,

My seedlings just broke through the surface and I was wondering when I should turn the lights on?

right now, leave them on for 18 hrs or 24.

now,i start with cfl for a few days then they go under the400mh with everyone else

K thanks guys, I just turned the lights on. They will be on a 20/4 light cycle untill they finnish.
